I’d like to thank Ms. Rader and all the teachers in ISF who are working hard to keep classes... Assist students in understanding their own behavior and the behavior of other people, including how to get along with other and how to be constructively assertive when students need to be. AISD engages and empowers each student to be contributing, responsible citizens who reach their full potential through relevant, innovative and rigorous learning experiences. Students new to Germany and the German language are typically able to communicate fluently in the language after three or four years in the ISF Middle School German program. Block programming is also covered in this levels range. Students will learn how to create objects and programmable characters.
At ISF, our Math program aims to help students develop ability for mathematical thinking and an appreciation of the power and use of mathematics in the real world. Intensive English classes are offered throughout the Middle School for non-native speakers of English to assist them in the mastery of the fundamentals of English and progress into native speaker level. Most importantly, ISF provides a safe environment in which a mutual respect and commitment to cooperation transcend differences. It is in this genuinely collaborative atmosphere that students develop a solid foundation of knowledge and skills, a love of lifelong learning, and the ability to adapt to and lead change. Collins with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and I have a Master's of Art in Teaching, Emphasis of Music from Colorado State University-Pueblo. I played tenor saxophone with the CSU-FC Statesmen, Concert Band, Wind Ensemble and Marching Band.

Assist students in acquiring the skills necessary for academic success. As always, the safety and security of AISD students, families, teachers and staff is our top priority. While we know that these are uncertain times, you can be assured that we remain committed to doing everything in our power to protect our school communities. To meet the needs of students, families canchoose between our two International Baccalaureate World campuses. In Grades 5 - 7, ISF students have the chance to choose between band, chorus, or string ensembles. Grades 5-7 have weekly rehearsals and grade 8 rehearses twice a week.

I use it to remind students about concerts, practice records and upcoming events in the band program. The social studies curriculum in the ISF Middle School builds upon students' understanding of topics most familiar to themselves, their families, and their communities. As students' environments expand, studies include geography and world history with local German content. Map and globe skills, the use of charts and graphs, chronology, critical thinking, and research are some of the components in the integrated-skills approach to social studies in the Middle School.
I have taught in Nebraska (one of the smallest schools-62 students K-12), Kansas (5-12 grade band) and Colorado . I have taught in CSSD11 since 1994 and at Mann since 1999. I perform with the Little London Winds , Woodland Park Swing Factory and Academy Jazz .

In addition to the Arts and Science program, Mann Magnet has a state of the art Verizon Innovative Learning Lab. The Verizon Innovative Learning Lab gives students and teachers access to emerging technology such as Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR), Coding, 3D Printing & Artificial Intelligence . The ISF Music Department offers students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 a context within which to develop their understanding and love for music. A choice of French or Spanish is offered to students in Grade 6 as an additional world language.
ISF has been a great asset for our son and the start of his education. Our students are invited to embark on a journey of self-development in a nurturing environment that supports them on their path to achieving their full potential. We believe that student engagement in daily life at school and a multitude of activities is important for their well-being and for their development. Assist students in the development of moral values and in understanding the rights and responsibilities as a citizen. Encourage students in exploring career plans, including the education and training that a student would choose after school.
ISF students can also take advantage of our excellent native-speaker and foreign language programs in English, Korean, Japanese, French, and Spanish. San Diego Unified School District's School Counselors are leaders and advocates in education by implementing essential programs, focusing on academic development, personal/social development, and career planning. School Counselors will establish and maintain partnerships with school and community organizations that promote student achievement. The German program in the ISF Middle School is a two-track system comprised of German for native speakers and German as a foreign language. German is required for students at all grade levels in the Middle School.

The richness of our school is grounded in the way we actively involve everyone. The wider range of skills introduced to students will include information manipulation, organization, and presentation. Students will use spreadsheets, organizers, electronic presentations, and reports to collect, manipulate, organize, and present information related to various issues of concern.
